About the Role

360Solutions is seeking a Salesperson to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to sales targets by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of customer service and ensure the store is well-organized to provide an excellent shopping experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, high-quality service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, explaining their features.
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
• Process sales transactions, including invoicing and payments, accurately.
• Arrange and display products, ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or unavailable products.
• Track offers and prices, ensuring correct application.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Contribute to achieving key performance indicators for sales and customer service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, working hours, and professional appearance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a General Secondary Education certificate.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Good proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Commitment, discipline, and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends as business needs require.
