Nice One is a company specializing in beauty digital marketing and retail. We are seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team. This full-time role is available in Hail and Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting products and services, assisting customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing accurate product information. The role involves completing sales transactions and achieving individual and team sales targets within a fast-paced retail or sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, availability, promotions, and relevant services clearly and accurately.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, explain solutions, and convert sales opportunities into completed transactions.
• Work toward and achieve individual, store, and team sales goals, revenue targets, conversion objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Build positive relationships with customers, encourage repeat business, support customer retention, and provide appropriate follow-up after the sale.
• Recommend complementary products, upgrades, accessories, warranties, or additional services based on customer requirements.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, exchanges, receipts, and related documentation accurately in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, pricing, promotions, competitors, and market trends to provide accurate customer guidance.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and properly labeled product displays, shelves, promotional areas, and sales materials.
• Check product availability, support stock counts, report damaged or missing items, and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Listen to customer concerns, resolve issues professionally when possible, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate supervisor.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities, leads, transactions, and performance information accurately in approved systems and reports.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, in-store promotions, marketing activities, and other initiatives designed to increase sales.
• Assist customers with online orders, digital product information, mobile applications, customer accounts, and other available sales channels as required.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, pricing guidelines, payment controls, customer privacy requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with sales colleagues, supervisors, inventory teams, customer service, marketing, and other departments to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional sales environment that supports customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Use customer feedback, sales results, and supervisor guidance to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, service quality, and overall performance.
