Job vacancy [Secretary]


Required tasks:

- [ ] Work days and hours: from Sunday to Thursday from 830 AM to 400 PM 

- [ ] Scheduling and coordinating meetings 

- [ ] Answering calls, sending reports, scanning documents, and more 

- [ ] Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word + Excel + Outlook)

- [ ] Issuing invoices, receipts, and financial claims

- [ ] Discipline and consistency at work 

- [ ] Willingness to develop

- [ ] Everything related to secretarial tasks


Conditions:

1- Having at least two years of experience in secretarial work (previous experience in a law office or firm is preferred) 

2- Residing in Riyadh

3- Having a means of transportation

  • Writing and submitting periodic reports
  • Organizing work within the company and between departments.

Work Hours:

6 working days excluding Friday - 8 hours per day
