Security Network Specialist (HLD LLD)

About the Role

AIQU is seeking a Security Network Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network security solutions across various security platforms. The specialist will apply strong hands-on experience with firewall technologies, network security architecture, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support network security solutions.
• Configure and manage Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks, and Cisco ASA/Firepower Firewalls.
• Deploy and maintain VPN solutions, including IPSec and SSL VPN.
• Implement network segmentation and secure zone architectures.
• Manage and optimize Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Perform security assessments and risk analyses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor security events and support incident response activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation, including Customer Requirement Documents (CRD), High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), System Implementation Plans (SIP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and As-Built Documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Network Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco security solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Firewalls, VPN Technologies, IPS, WAF, and Network Security Architecture.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and design deliverables.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with internal teams and customers to achieve project objectives.
