Segmentation Head

Role Overview

Xebia is seeking a Segmentation Head to lead the Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy from its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership role focuses on driving customer growth and value optimization across the entire customer lifecycle, including acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies.
• Drive customer growth, value optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee campaign effectiveness and segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align CVM objectives with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Customer Value Management (CVM), Growth Strategy, Retail Banking, or Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Strong expertise in customer segmentation, pricing strategies, commercial levers, and revenue optimization.
• Proven experience managing CVM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), customer engagement campaigns, and experimentation frameworks.

Skills and Preferred Experience

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
• Prior experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
