Digital Intelligence Foundations is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the company's accounting operations and ensuring robust financial management within a growing organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, reconciliations, and the establishment of strong financial controls. The ideal candidate will possess deep accounting expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record in managing financial processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations and financial activities.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and all accounting transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Establish and maintain effective accounting controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external financial parties.
• Supervise and provide support to accounting team members.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure their timely resolution.
• Improve accounting processes through automation and digital tools.
• Utilize AI and modern financial technologies to enhance reporting and accounting efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting or accounting management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP and various accounting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong reconciliation and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with Saudi accounting and tax requirements.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience using AI or automation tools in accounting is considered a plus.
