About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Banking to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams within the corporate banking sector. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, design innovative banking solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging strong expertise in Corporate Banking products and proven project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business users.
• Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Perform Gap Analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend efficient business solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to design scalable banking solutions.
• Review proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in system integration analysis and solution design discussions, supporting API and interface requirement analysis.

Project Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews.
• Prepare User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage requirements traceability.
• Participate in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support production deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Teams, Vendors, and Project Managers.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Present business requirements and proposed solutions to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with delivered solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Corporate Banking.
• Strong expertise in Corporate Banking products and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience delivering banking technology projects within Agile or Waterfall environments.
