The Role: Senior Consultant Manager
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant Manager to join its Contract Services Team. This full-time position is based in Middle Oraija Dist, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Contract Services Team delivers Contract Development, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution, and Claims Management Services across the region. The role requires providing best-in-class claims and dispute management advice to clients, supporting Subject Matter Experts, and aiding the growth of the high-performing Contract Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert claims and dispute management advice to clients.
- Support Subject Matter Experts within the region.
- Contribute to the growth of the Contract Services division.
- Prepare and support major bid proposals.
Required Experience and Background
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating hands-on expertise within a consultancy or contractor organization in the built environment sectors. A background in quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering, and/or law is required.
- Experience across various construction sectors and project types.
- Strong contract administration experience.
- Strong commercial management experience on major projects.
- Knowledge of FIDIC and other standard form contracts, including relevant processes and procedures.
- Experience in compiling claim reports.
- Familiarity with arbitration and/or litigation processes.
- Experience in performance forensics, from either a quantum or delay perspective.
- Experience providing consultancy services on live contracts and projects in distress is considered an advantage.
