Senior Consultant or Manager of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operation

About the Role

BDO Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co. is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Project Lead to join its Shared Services – IT Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting and leading Dynamics 365 implementation, integration, training, and technical support activities for medium to large enterprises.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across multiple Dynamics 365 solutions. This position requires a proven track record of delivering multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, along with experience leading project teams and collaborating with key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project deliverables, including status reports, documentation, test plans, training, implementation, and deployment.
• Lead and coordinate Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical environments, and business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Document business workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure their proper implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design, configure, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and custom reports based on business requirements.
• Develop and support Dynamics 365 training materials and deliver functional training when required.
• Provide technical and functional support to stakeholders and coordinate critical issues with relevant business partners and Microsoft.
• Develop and recommend alternative solutions to resolve business and technical challenges.
• Work effectively with project teams and demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ensure high quality and functionality across implementation and support activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting and project leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience across multiple Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience leading project teams and working with key business stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Shared Services – IT Department of BDO Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co.
