The Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer & Administrator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM, with 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environments.
• Develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and implement custom technical solutions using JavaScript, C#, plugins, web development technologies, and system integrations.
• Write, test, analyze, document, and modify software applications throughout the production lifecycle.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications, platforms, and data sources.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound API integrations.
• Implement enterprise integration solutions using RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, API Management, SOA Frameworks, and ETL Technologies.
• Troubleshoot CRM application, customization, integration, and performance issues.
• Support testing, deployment, release, and production-support activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Provide technical support throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Dynamics CRM projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Dynamics CRM.
• Proven experience in CRM configuration, customization, deployment, and integration.
• Hands-on development experience using JavaScript and C# plugins.
• Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and data sources.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, API Management, SOA, and ETL.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound API integrations.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, documentation, and production support processes.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
