Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Director, Asset Management CM to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on providing strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's asset portfolio.

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Asset Management is responsible for maximizing the value, performance, and long-term returns of the asset portfolio. This includes developing portfolio strategy, managing financial performance, overseeing risk, engaging with stakeholders, and leading capital planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset portfolio strategies.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of assets.
• Lead initiatives related to asset optimization, refinancing, acquisition, and disposition.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, operators, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and governance activities within the asset portfolio.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and oversight of asset portfolios.
• Experience in portfolio strategy, financial performance monitoring, and risk management.
