The Senior Electrical Engineer Role

OSUS is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the implementation of the company's engineering design management strategy. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, provides advanced technical expertise in all branches of electrical engineering across all project stages assigned to the technical department. The role involves performing and overseeing all electrical engineering tasks, ensuring full compliance with special and general statutory codes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve Technical Documents, Shop Drawings, Method of Statements, ITPs, and Testing & Commissioning documents.
• Monitor procurement, engineering progress, and reporting for all Electrical & ELV packages.
• Lead coordination with consultants, main contractors, and vendors on technical and design matters.
• Attend and lead technical and coordination meetings.
• Provide senior-level site supervision to ensure installations comply with approved drawings and standards.
• Implement, oversee, and enforce safety procedures for electrical installation activities.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and quality review.
• Manage consultant and contractor teams and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Support in preparing technical evaluations, BOQs, and vendor comparisons where required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of leading electrical engineering scopes on major projects.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, ETAP, and Ecodial.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with PMO and reputable consulting engineering firms, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience on Villas Projects and large-scale real estate developments.
