Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Employees Services Analyst will join the Water Transmission Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity. This role serves as a central point for Human Capital (HC) services, managing employee inquiries and processing various requests. Key responsibilities include overseeing leave applications, managing employee terminations, and ensuring the smooth operation of government services related to employees.

Strategic and Operational Oversight

  • Ensure all work aligns with approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions, including HC, HSSE, Risk, and Cybersecurity.
  • Escalate problems promptly to ensure efficient and timely resolution of cases and issues.
  • Contribute input for the development of reports detailing operations, activities, and achievements to support reporting and decision-making processes.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Collect employment-related information for new hires and maintain accurate records of leaves, working hours, overtime, and lateness for reference and tracking.
  • Analyze all documentation pertinent to employee contract activation and renewal, ensuring adherence to government authority requirements.
  • Receive approved annual leave lists, subsequently developing and communicating the annual leave plan to facilitate timely processing of vacation-related benefits.
  • Monitor the flow of documentation to and from HR, manage archiving, and ensure valid access authentication and logging for extracted documents from the filing system.
  • Enroll all WTCO employees in medical insurance programs and administer enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Implement staff termination procedures, including the cancellation of work and exit permits, updating databases, conducting exit interviews, and identifying areas for improving exit processes.

Government Relations and Compliance

  • Coordinate regularly with government authorities to facilitate various governmental services and paperwork, such as immigration, work visas, and residence permits.
  • Submit all necessary documents for new foreign staff, including passports, certificates, and medical examination results, to the relevant government authorities.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • Between * and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
