Senior FIS Systematics Developer

About the Role

TMC Middle East is seeking a Senior FIS Systematics Developer to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity for a core banking specialist to contribute to retail banking solutions within a dynamic financial market. The role requires deep hands-on experience with FIS Systematics and CASA modules.

Role Context

This position is strictly onsite in Riyadh. Candidates must be comfortable with a fully onsite arrangement, as applications not aligned with this requirement will not be considered. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing core banking functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within the FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) core banking platform to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Support and enhance CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) modules, ensuring stability and alignment with banking operations.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate banking requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across Systematics environments to maintain performance and availability.
• Provide third-line technical support for production issues, working closely with operations and IT teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) in a development or customization capacity is mandatory.
• Direct experience with CASA modules within a core banking environment is mandatory.
• Proficiency in COBOL, RPG, or associated scripting tools used within the Systematics environment.
• Solid understanding of retail banking processes, deposit products, and compliance/audit requirements.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations or GCC banking standards is a strong advantage.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be prepared for a fully in-office work schedule.
