About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Developer L to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications that will be deployed at client sites, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and design for products and software.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for system issues and problem statements.
• Identify improvements for system performance and availability.
• Convert client requirements into feasible designs.
• Collaborate with functional teams or system analysts on detailed software requirements.
• Confer with project managers regarding software capabilities.
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
• Determine operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements, and proposed software.
• Develop and automate processes for software validation by designing and executing test cases/scenarios.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Analyze information to recommend and plan new system installations or modifications to existing systems.
• Ensure code is error-free and passes all tests.
• Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
• Ensure all codes are raised according to defined norms for projects/programs/accounts with clear descriptions and replication patterns.
• Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress, and document it.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace results to quality risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing status reporting and customer focus regarding project execution.
• Capture all client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality work.
• Obtain regular feedback to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and support team members.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Document necessary details and reports formally for comprehensive understanding of software from client proposal to implementation.
• Ensure high-quality customer interaction via email, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
• Provide timely responses to customer requests and avoid internal or external complaints.

Deliverables

1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, meet throughput percentages, and adhere to schedule/release plans.
2. Quality & CSAT: Ensure on-time delivery, effective software management, efficient query troubleshooting, positive customer experience, and completion of assigned certifications for skill upgrades.
3. MIS & Reporting: Generate 100% on-time MIS and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in software development.
