Cenomi Centers is seeking a Senior Manager Development to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the planning and execution of the company's real estate projects, focusing on retail and mixed-use developments.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to support the planning and development of retail and mixed-use real estate projects. This involves overseeing projects from early opportunity assessment through design and pre-construction, ensuring all developments are commercially viable and align with Cenomi Centers’ strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned retail development projects through planning, design, approvals, and pre-construction phases.
• Conduct and evaluate real estate market research, including demand and supply analysis, to support development decisions.
• Prepare and review development financial models, feasibility studies, business cases, and project budgets.
• Assess and screen new development opportunities, considering site potential, commercial viability, and investment factors.
• Support land acquisition and development transactions through comprehensive financial and development assessments.
• Develop high-level project concepts, positioning strategies, and detailed development briefs.
• Manage pre-concept and early-stage design processes, collaborating with consultants to achieve commercially viable and operationally efficient solutions.
• Support mall planning, tenant mix optimization, and retail commercial strategy in coordination with Leasing and Asset Management teams.
• Contribute to asset business plans, overall development strategy, and investment recommendations.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as Development, Leasing, Finance, Asset Management, and Operations, as well as external consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare clear management presentations and development recommendations for senior leadership.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Senior Manager Development position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in real estate development or a related field.
