Senior Manager SA&I

About the Role

Nielsen Consumer LLC is seeking a Senior Manager SA&I to join the Strategic Analytics and Insights team in Riyadh. This full-time position has been created due to the company's new strategic direction. The Senior Manager will focus on delivering client-centric solutions in consumer insight and marketing effectiveness.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to top-line growth and ensure profitable expansion. This involves identifying and acting on opportunities in client-facing work, and assisting clients in achieving higher ROI by providing expertise on key business questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, survey-based research services projects. This includes understanding client business needs and developing appropriate research frameworks and proposals.
• Prepare proposals that address clients’ business objectives effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Brief and train field staff for research projects.
• Design questionnaires and interview/discussion guides.
• Analyze data and information to derive meaningful insights.
• Develop clear conclusions and solid recommendations based on research findings.
• Control project costs and manage budgets.
• Act as the primary link resource to clients, fostering close relationships and communication with client decision-makers.
• Gather and accumulate useful field data, and summarize and analyze secondary data.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 8 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional with strong organizational and project management capabilities, coupled with excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.

• Strong client-handling skills, including the ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and add value and insight to projects.
• Demonstrated initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.

This position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time role.
