Senior O&M PMO

About the Role

Astek Middle East is seeking a Senior O&M PMO professional to support the coordination and oversight of operations and maintenance activities. This full-time, site-based role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on energy efficiency, building retrofit, and facility projects. The position involves coordinating maintenance, monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting contractors to ensure effective operation throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities across multiple project sites.
• Monitor O&M activities against approved maintenance plans and service level requirements.
• Track maintenance KPIs, equipment availability, system uptime, and service performance.
• Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, LED lighting, solar PV systems, BMS, and other building systems.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare O&M progress reports, maintenance logs, KPI reports, and performance summaries.
• Support the tracking of spare parts inventories and maintenance budgets.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with agreed service requirements.
• Ensure O&M activities comply with quality, HSE, and operational standards.
• Participate in site and project review meetings and provide O&M updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, performance, and service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives based on maintenance data and lessons learned.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented O&M professional capable of coordinating multiple sites, following up on maintenance activities, monitoring service performance, and collaborating effectively with contractors, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant O&M and project coordination experience.
• Experience level: 2-5 years, with consideration for candidates possessing significantly more extensive experience.
