Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to leading project planning and controls across large-scale development programs, with a specific focus on infrastructure and utility packages.

Role Overview

The Senior Planning Manager will lead the comprehensive development and maintenance of master project schedules and robust project controls systems. This role encompasses the full scope of infrastructure, roads, and utility packages, including both wet and dry utilities, as well as high-voltage (HV) systems. The manager will direct project controls across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on complex programs, ensuring seamless schedule integration and effective delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the master project schedule and associated controls systems for the full project scope.
• Oversee progress monitoring, conduct schedule risk analysis, and manage comprehensive reporting for all project phases.
• Manage the review and validation processes for contractor programmes and progress claims.
• Provide expert schedule and controls advice to project leadership, including detailed delay and impact analysis.
• Ensure all project controls processes are fully aligned with Client reporting requirements and governance standards.
• Direct project controls across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on large-scale developments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and controls.
• Proven experience in scheduling multi-package infrastructure and utility works, including roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, and HV systems, integrated into a single master schedule.
