Senior Principal Product Management

About the Role

Elm Company is seeking an Associate Principal for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing specialized product management expertise for logistics and air services, focusing on product direction, governance, performance assessment, and strategic enhancements to meet customer needs and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product direction for logistics and air services, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
• Evaluate product initiatives, enhancement requests, and roadmap items based on customer value, business impact, risk, and feasibility.
• Review and validate high-level product requirements to ensure they reflect business needs and target outcomes.
• Define and improve product management practices, documentation standards, and governance mechanisms for related products.
• Manage product-related alignment with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decision inputs.
• Review product performance, service indicators, adoption trends, and customer feedback to assess product health and identify value realization gaps.
• Assess customer experience insights and operational pain points, recommending product enhancements to improve usability and service quality.
• Identify product risks, dependencies, and operational impacts, recommending mitigation actions and improvement opportunities.

Product Management and Strategy

The Associate Principal will provide expertise to shape product decisions, strengthen alignment with strategic objectives, and ensure sustainable product growth. This includes assessing product opportunities, value drivers, and enhancement themes, as well as recommending prioritization approaches for effective resource allocation.

Governance and Compliance

This role ensures that product decisions, enhancements, and approvals are documented according to approved governance requirements. It also involves identifying opportunities to improve product governance, lifecycle practices, and cross-functional ways of working. Adherence to departmental policies, processes, and information security standards is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in product management, particularly within logistics and air services.
• Ability to align product requirements with user experience, operational needs, and technical feasibility.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating product discussions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires compliance with all relevant safety, quality, environmental management policies, and information security practices.
