Mace is currently seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager Reporting for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Project

This role involves working on a large new build airport project located in Saudi Arabia. The project aims to establish a global benchmark for aviation experience and is projected to attract 120 million passengers by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
• Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Build strong client relationships and drive performance reporting.
• Align delivery with the Mace control centre, mentor teams, and promote sustainability.
• Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Qualifications and Professional Development

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, demonstrating measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
• Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
• Effective communication skills with analytical capability, and the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Relevant work experience on high-valued projects or programmes for a project management consultancy business.

Location and Immigration Requirements

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must meet the necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as these are required for immigration and client approval processes.
