Labayh is seeking a Senior Psychologist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing workplace mental health and psychological well-being within the organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Psychologist will deliver high-quality psychological consultations, design preventive programs, and apply non-diagnostic psychological assessments. The role involves analyzing behavioral data and providing strategic recommendations to optimize the organizational environment, ensuring all activities align with approved ethical and professional standards in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured psychological sessions and consultations tailored to specific case objectives.
• Propose, design, and implement preventive, awareness, and well-being programs and workshops based on identified organizational needs.
• Administer approved non-diagnostic psychological scales and assessments, analyze collected data, and extract relevant behavioral indicators.
• Maintain, document, and follow up on client case files with strict confidentiality, coordinating with senior consultants as required.
• Analyze psychological data and prepare comprehensive reports that include actionable workplace and organizational recommendations.
• Conduct research and participate in studies focused on improving stress management and psychological adjustment within the workplace.
• Ensure full compliance with professional ethics, institutional policies, and local health regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver psychological consultations and design intervention programs.
• Proficiency in applying non-diagnostic psychological assessments and analyzing behavioral data.
• Strong understanding of ethical and professional standards in psychological practice within KSA.
