The Role: Senior Quality Assurance Manager (M3)

As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager (M3), you will contribute to a large-scale development that supports the ongoing transformation of the Kingdom and aims to create a lasting legacy for the region. This position involves working within an integrated, multidisciplinary team, focusing on quality management and assurance processes. The role is offered on a part-time basis, with discussions open for flexible and hybrid working arrangements where suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned components of the annual business plan on schedule and within budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Lead internal and external audit activities, including planning, facilitation, reporting, and supporting the achievement of new certifications.
• Provide expert analysis of non-conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions to enhance performance.
• Oversee the review, improvement, and implementation of management system content, promoting consistency and best practice.
• Coordinate management review activities, analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting insights to inform decision-making.
• Produce high-quality communications, reports, and training materials to support engagement and capability building across the business.
• Manage supplier performance, offering guidance, training, and audits to improve the quality and robustness of their management systems.
• Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree-level education combined with lead auditor training and quality-focused experience.
• Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and assurance processes, supported by experience in internal auditing and quality management practices.
• Proficiency in audit, risk management, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities within complex organizations.
• Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-value projects or programs for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.
