Ambatt Holding is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for an experienced professional to contribute to various construction and infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control and financial management for projects. This includes detailed cost planning, reporting, and the administration of contracts, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct quantity measurements.
• Manage tendering processes and contract documentation.
• Implement and oversee cost control, cost management, and cost planning activities.
• Generate comprehensive cost reports.
• Handle variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts for projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, tendering, and contract documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in managing variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contracts.
• Experience in construction and infrastructure projects, with GCC experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent MS Excel and cost management software skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on various construction and infrastructure projects within the region.
