Sweater is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the development of multiple mobile applications, focusing on designing, building, and maintaining scalable, user-friendly solutions. The role requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in mobile development.

Role Overview and Impact

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire mobile application development lifecycle. This includes close collaboration with the business team to translate requirements into technical solutions, as well as independently managing all user interface and user experience aspects. A strong background in CI/CD practices and the integration of various analytic tools is crucial for optimizing app performance and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Collaborate with the business team to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline app deployment.
• Integrate and utilize analytics tools such as CleverTap, Firebase, and PostHog to monitor and optimize app performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the mobile experience.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a React Native Developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including the ability to design and implement interfaces without a dedicated designer.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (*, Git).
• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (*, CleverTap, Firebase, PostHog, or similar platforms).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (*, Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with backend integration and RESTful APIs.
