The Role: Senior Sales Executive

Percipere is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, quota-carrying position is pivotal for driving the sales of SAP ERP solutions, particularly S/4HANA, to enterprise and mid-market clients within the Saudi Arabian market. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in solution-based sales and a deep understanding of the local business culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales of SAP solutions and services across the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud and on-premises offerings.
• Develop comprehensive territory plans, account strategies, and sales forecasts specifically for the Saudi market.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new SAP business opportunities and cultivate a strong sales pipeline within enterprise accounts.
• Lead customer discussions, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
• Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand client challenges and propose tailored SAP solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP product offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in selling SAP ERP Solutions, with a strong focus on S/4HANA, to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets of at least USD Million (SAR 9 Million) for a minimum of three consecutive years.
• Strong experience in selling to Saudi clients across public sector, manufacturing, and retail services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the Saudi market.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Deep understanding of the Saudi business culture and market dynamics.
• Ability to build, develop, and manage a pipeline of CXOs and IT decision-makers.
• Proven experience in solution-based sales methodologies.
• Existing relationships with key stakeholders in large Saudi enterprises or government entities is a significant advantage.

Location and Travel

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and candidates must currently reside in Riyadh. The role requires the ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed to meet business objectives and client demands.
