The Role

ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience. As a Solution Architect within the presales team, the individual will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities across the MENA region. The role involves advocating for Business Process Management (BPM) and serving as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for Business Process Management (BPM).
• Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
• Engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of ARIS solutions and BPM strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the tool's capabilities.
• Address customer inquiries and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
• Develop industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position the BPM solution effectively.
• Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Ability to engage effectively in C-level discussions.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Proficiency in delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without requiring employer sponsorship.

Work Authorization
