About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of Risk & Compliance solutions within the banking sector. This is a contract position for a professional with over 10 years of experience, focusing on delivering secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant enterprise solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for defining architecture and integration strategies for critical platforms within the banking environment. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs, technological standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial crime platforms.
• Collaborate with business teams, technology departments, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead solution design, implementation, migration, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, specifically within the banking sector.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Proven ability to define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial crime platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAMA and NCA regulations.
• Integration experience with core banking, IAM, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience in cloud migration and digital transformation projects within the banking industry.
