Role Summary

The Senior Solution Engineer partners with the Account Executive to drive revenue generation by taking technical ownership of opportunities throughout the sales cycle. This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical expertise to present and demonstrate UiPath solutions effectively to diverse audiences, while building strong relationships throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales activities and develop strong value propositions.
• Analyze customer business requirements to identify potential opportunities.
• Translate strategic business challenges into UiPath capabilities.
• Articulate high-level solutions tailored to client needs and environments during the deal process.
• Learn and integrate new technologies with UiPath offerings.
• Drive end-user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, and technical training.
• Collaborate with Customer Delivery Leads and Professional Services teams to implement solutions for customers.
• Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism, including writing blogs and speaking at events.
• Contribute to clients’ business objectives by providing industry-relevant perspectives.
• Lead technical engagements throughout the sales process.
• Manage and prioritize multiple opportunities effectively.
• Stay current with technology, industry changes, and developments within the Presales community.
• Apply an innovative approach to solution creation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires a blend of strong business and technical skills, with demonstrated ability to present complex solutions and build professional relationships. An innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

Work Environment and Expectations
