Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational readiness activities across assigned assets and programs, ensuring a smooth transition from project delivery to operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will convert readiness requirements into practical plans, trackers, and actionable steps. This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring progress, and facilitating the safe and timely transition of projects into operational phases. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational readiness plans, checklists, trackers, and supporting documentation for assigned workstreams.
• Coordinate readiness activities across operations, projects, facilities, technology, security, safety, commercial, and other relevant functions.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions, escalating items that may affect operational activation.
• Support the review of designs, asset handover requirements, operating concepts, SOPs, staffing, training, OS&E, and mobilization plans.
• Coordinate permit, license, and regulatory readiness requirements with internal teams and relevant external parties.
• Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, meeting packs, action logs, and management updates.
• Validate evidence of readiness and support inspections, testing, commissioning, rehearsals, and operational trials.
• Maintain document control and ensure readiness records are accurate, complete, and traceable.
• Facilitate workshops and follow up on actions with workstream owners to achieve agreed completion dates.
• Identify opportunities to improve readiness processes, templates, and reporting practices.
• Support lessons learned, post-opening reviews, and the transition of outstanding actions into business-as-usual ownership.
• Perform other operational readiness duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, project management, or a related discipline is required.
• 3-54 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Project management, operational readiness, facilities management, HSE, or risk management certification is preferred.
