Role Summary

**** is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves shaping the user experience for enterprise clients and internal teams interacting with complex AI automation, conversation flow builders, agent configuration canvases, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics. The designer will be responsible for the end-to-end design of high-density, workflow-heavy products where clarity, trust, and control are critical, translating complex operational logic into intuitive interfaces for non-technical enterprise users. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX for core product surfaces, including flow/canvas builders, agent configuration, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics views.
• Translate complex business logic and operational workflows (branching, escalation, fallback, integrations) into clear, learnable interaction models.
• Design, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component library, collaborating with frontend engineers on implementation feasibility.
• Conduct and synthesize user research with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to validate flows before and after release.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for both web dashboards and canvas-based visual tools.
• Partner with product managers to scope features and with engineers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Simplify high-density, data-heavy screens (call logs, journey timelines, agent metrics) while retaining necessary detail for power users.
• Establish and enforce UX quality standards, including consistency, accessibility, edge-case handling, and error/empty states across the product.
• Present design rationale and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Demonstrated ability to design for complex operational logic and workflow-heavy products.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies and synthesis.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, frontend engineers, and clients.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The Senior UI/UX Designer will work closely with enterprise clients, product teams, and engineering teams to translate strategic AI solutions into production-ready interfaces.
