Duncan & Ross is seeking a Senior UI/UX & Product Designer – Arabic to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on designing digital products and services tailored for both Arabic and English-speaking users. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in end-to-end UX/UI design, with a particular emphasis on Arabic/RTL experiences for web and mobile applications.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Senior UI/UX & Product Designer will be instrumental in shaping user-centered digital experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of user behavior and design principles to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and visually engaging interfaces across various platforms, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness. The role involves leading design efforts from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI and product design for web and mobile digital services.
• Design intuitive Arabic/RTL and English/LTR user experiences.
• Develop user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and user flows.
• Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes and interactive designs.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback into design improvements.
• Ensure responsive and accessible designs across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences.
• Maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable components.
• Support design reviews and ensure consistency throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 6–8+ years of experience in UI/UX and Product Design.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Arabic/RTL design requirements.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI and product design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Proven experience in designing web and mobile digital services.
• Strong knowledge of user journeys, wireframes, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This role operates within a collaborative environment, requiring close interaction with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers. The position is based full-time in Riyadh, focusing on delivering high-quality digital solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
