The Role: Lobby Lounge Server

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Full-time Server for its Lobby Lounge in Riyadh. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized, attentive, and intuitive service within one of the hotel's signature venues. The position requires a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings to ensure thoughtful recommendations and a seamless dining experience. This opportunity is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with our Saudization and localization commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Lobby Lounge menu, including beverages, afternoon tea selections, light meals, and seasonal specialties.
• Provide extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings to guide guest choices and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and engage in meaningful interactions to enhance their experience.
• Ensure a seamless and personalized dining experience for all guests.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards consistently to create memorable guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to safely carry and balance trays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and grooming in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
