The Service Success Manager Graduate Program

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university graduates the opportunity to join a leading IT company through its Internship Program. This program provides a dynamic, professional working environment designed for participants to apply and develop skills gained at university within a real business context. Graduates will acquire a range of abilities while contributing to the business and working alongside industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience through recurring meetings to supervise related activities and outcomes.
• Engage and manage the post-sales relationship with customers.
• Address problems of diverse complexity and scope, potentially acting as a team or project leader to guide activities and facilitate information validation and team decision-making.
• Assume ownership for incidents, managing all high and critical incidents.
• Provide logistics support for Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
• Manage installed base and entitlement, including escalation and remediation processes.
• Prepare and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with end customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze trends for discussion and define actions to address identified issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with sales account teams, customer service teams, and customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by setting appropriate expectations and delivering high-quality, timely service.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduated within one year, with relevant work experience considered.
• Graduates from 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply.
• Must be based in the Eastern Province.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
• Proficiency in analysis, problem identification, and presentation skills.
• A learning-oriented attitude and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
