Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception within showrooms, maintaining high service standards, and meeting customer needs both before and after sales. The representative will be responsible for facilitating the entire customer journey from product introduction to order fulfillment and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from showroom entry through product introductions and order finalization.
• Calculate required product quantities and assist customers with color and product coordination based on their needs.
• Coordinate showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoicing and proper goods delivery.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods in warehouses are arranged according to warehouse policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required.
• Deposit all daily cash sales amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Maintain order within the showroom.
• Collaborate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Propose ideas and suggestions for developing the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Showroom Sales Representative will operate within a dynamic showroom environment, interacting directly with customers and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Compliance

The role involves regular reporting to the direct manager on sales performance, competitor activities, and operational issues. Adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and inventory management guidelines is essential for success in this position.
