Site Architectural Engineer

About the Role

Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced Site Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on architectural site execution, with a strong emphasis on fit-out and finishing works. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in managing and supervising interior fit-out, finishing works, and construction projects from execution through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage fit-out, finishing, and architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the quality and progress of finishing and fit-out activities.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical details.
• Coordinate architectural works with MEP, structural, and other project disciplines.
• Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
• Follow up on RFIs, inspections, and technical approvals.
• Ensure approved materials and finishes are properly implemented.
• Monitor project progress and report site issues and observations to the project management team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural site supervision.
• Strong hands-on experience in fit-out, finishing, and architectural works.
• Experience supervising and coordinating site activities with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines.
• Ability to review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Experience in quality control, site inspections, and resolving technical/site issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and architectural details.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, ceilings, flooring, walls, doors, joinery, and other architectural elements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
