About the Role

AREEB is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on architectural engineering tasks within ongoing construction projects. The role involves design review, supervision, and site follow-up to ensure project compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on architectural works directly on project sites.
• Ensure all executed works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams.
• Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly site reports.
• Review and verify the quality and suitability of architectural finishing materials.
• Monitor the quality of execution and promptly resolve any site-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in architectural engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural design principles.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed site reports.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.

Work Environment
