Architectural Engineer

About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to urban development initiatives and supporting real estate growth planning. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze urban redevelopment and regeneration opportunities, identifying technical requirements and priority locations.
• Support real estate growth planning and follow up on priority initiatives.
• Review and evaluate real estate proposals and projects from an architectural and development perspective.
• Coordinate with real estate developers and relevant stakeholders to identify challenges and requirements.
• Contribute to developing incentives and exceptions that support the real estate development sector.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate developer procedures and follow up on required actions.
• Prepare presentations and periodic reports highlighting the progress of initiatives and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of real estate development or urban regeneration is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and drawing evaluation.
• Understanding of real estate development and urban regeneration principles.
• Strong analytical and project evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in reporting, presentation, and stakeholder coordination.
