About the Role

We Care is seeking a Site Civil Engineer (Site Operations & Contracting) to join its growing contracting establishment in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an energetic and self-driven individual with 2-5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising labor teams, and coordinating with main contractors' engineers. The primary objective is to secure and execute site work items and subcontract packages effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site progress, directly overseeing labor and sub-teams to ensure execution speed, high quality, and safety standards.
• Develop strong technical and professional relationships on-site with main contractors' engineers to negotiate, acquire, and execute new work items and subcontract packages.
• Handle site logistics, including material receiving and daily progress reporting.
• Operate a company vehicle to travel between project sites and manage operational needs across Riyadh.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) in a civil engineering site role.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and drive daily site progress.
• Experience in managing labor and sub-teams.
• Proficiency in coordinating with main contractors' engineers.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills for site logistics and material management.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for building professional relationships.
• Ability to prepare and submit daily progress reports.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive a company vehicle for operational needs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring regular travel between project sites within the city. The role involves direct engagement with site operations and coordination with various stakeholders.
