About the Role

Saudi Services for Electro-Mechanic Works Co. (SSEM) is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and report on milestones.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop detailed project plans that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to construction standards.
• Assist in developing project budgets and forecasts.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology, integrating innovative solutions into projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
