Job Description

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced Site Engineer Civil Substation to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience, specifically in civil execution for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Substation Projects. The role involves supervising and executing civil construction activities for GIS substations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, SEC standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise civil works for 380kV substation projects.
Manage construction activities, including foundations, cable trenches, control buildings, boundary walls, roads, and drainage works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Ensure compliance with SEC standards, approved drawings, QA/QC requirements, and HSE regulations.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Support inspections and RFIs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Substation Projects.
Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities effectively.
Experience in EPC Substation Projects within Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects is an advantage.
Immediate availability with SEC approval or a transferable iqama is an added advantage.
