About the Role: Solution Engineer, Edge Agentic AI

Intel is seeking a Solution Engineer, Edge Agentic AI, to serve as the technical representative for Intel's Edge Agentic AI and Physical AI (PhyAI) solutions. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and covers customers across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. The position involves working with city authorities, critical infrastructure operators, and government organizations to design, deploy, and scale next-generation AI solutions for cognitive cities, autonomous operations, and intelligent edge-driven decision making, contributing to Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI (NSDAI).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from initial discovery through the successful deployment of agentic AI and Physical AI solutions powered by Intel technologies.
• Partner with Saudi and GCC customers to understand their use cases and enable solutions on Intel hardware, accelerating the adoption of Edge Agentic and Phy AI.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer sites.
• Produce customer-facing technical content in both Arabic and English, including solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
• Gather field insights and communicate them to the Edge & Phy AI product teams to shape solution roadmaps for the region.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced engineering and customer engagement, particularly in AI solutions.
• Proficiency in delivering technical demonstrations, architecting and executing proofs of concept, and validating edge AI and agentic workflows.
• Ability to work closely with city, government, and AI solutions stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment and Team

This role is a founding position within Intel's customer success engineering presence in Saudi Arabia. The Solution Engineer will work directly with key AI customers in the Kingdom, contributing to projects that are deployed into production at scale. The role involves close collaboration with Intel's global product and ecosystem organizations.
