Foodics, established in 2014, is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider. Headquartered in Riyadh, the company operates with offices across five countries. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.

Role Overview

Foodics is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Foodics ERP with 5-10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt, focusing on building an AI-native ERP platform integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt.
  • Build an AI-native ERP platform deeply integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.
  • Ensure the product supports end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants, from transaction capture to financial reporting.
  • Design ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities, including ZATCA (Saudi Arabia), UAE VAT regulations, and the Egyptian Tax Authority.
  • Ensure the system supports VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting requirements across markets.
  • Develop AI-driven automation rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation to minimize manual finance tasks.
  • Enable AI-powered categorization of transactions from POS, payments, and expenses.
  • Design smart, AI-native ERP workflows tailored for restaurant operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Foodics POS, Foodics Payments, inventory & purchasing, payroll and expenses, and banking integrations.
  • Build APIs and integrations with external financial systems where necessary.
  • Translate product vision into roadmaps, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and execution plans.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts.
  • Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.
  • Conduct market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments.
  • Gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups.
