Sr. Project Engineer

About the Role

Tas'Helat Marketing is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters and company objectives. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures, and engineering designs.
• Guide cross-functional teams and review technical designs and engineering documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress, provide financial control, and ensure project quality.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
• Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
• Assess the team and provide guidance and development to improve capabilities.

Experience and Qualifications
