The Role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Storage & Backup Engineer – Associate Manager to lead and manage enterprise storage and backup infrastructure operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor storage and backup administration teams.
• Manage enterprise storage solutions, including SAN/NAS, and backup infrastructure.
• Handle the installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of storage and backup systems.
• Oversee backup operations, disaster recovery planning, RPO/RTO adherence, and data protection strategies.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Drive infrastructure improvements, maintain comprehensive documentation, and promote operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in storage and backup engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
