About the Opportunity

Sisco, a reputable organization within the Manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Store Incharge to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position critical to the efficient operation of the company's supply chain and production processes.

Role Overview

The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and seamless material flow. This role requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining high standards of stock accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure high stock accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and issue materials in strict adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain precise inventory records utilizing ERP and other inventory software.
• Coordinate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure proper storage practices, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards are consistently met.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory and stock movement reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on exposure to store and inventory operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control is preferred.
• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
• Additional certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management is a plus.
