The Role: Store Manager, Furniture Retail

Ariika is seeking a dedicated Store Manager, Furniture Retail to lead our showroom operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring an elevated customer experience and efficient sales processes within the furniture and decoration sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations to ensure an elevated customer experience and seamless sales processes.
• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets and KPI metrics for both the store and the sales team.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule floor staff, sales associates, and customer support representatives.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock control, visual merchandising standards, and display setups in adherence to brand guidelines.
• Handle complex customer inquiries, special orders, and after-sales service/delivery resolutions efficiently.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales performance, operational costs, inventory loss/damage, and foot traffic.

Candidate Requirements

• Must currently reside in Riyadh, KSA (Mandatory).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of store management experience, specifically within the furniture, home decor, or interior fit-out retail sector.
