Saudi Company for Hardware - SACO is seeking a Store Manager to join its retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a results-driven individual with a passion for retail and strong leadership capabilities, focused on driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the store team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and effective management of store resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive overall store performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure outstanding customer service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous experience in retail management or a comparable leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
