Store Manager

About the Role

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a Store Manager to join its Retail Stores team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading store operations and ensuring high performance within the retail environment. The position requires 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate, and coach store staff to ensure engagement and high performance.
• Implement HR policies fairly, ensuring compliance with attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
• Conduct performance management, addressing low performance and supporting career growth.
• Ensure all staff receive appropriate onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maximize participation in employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Prepare annual headcount proposals aligned with sales forecasts, traffic, and store budget, submitting them for approval to Central Operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive retail experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to deliver store profitability and achieve sales and service KPIs.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, workforce planning, and people development skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business planning, reporting, and financial decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English.
• Advanced knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and compliance standards.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.

Work Environment

The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and during peak retail trading seasons. This position is based in Riyadh.
