About the Role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves acting as an ambassador for the Maison, driving business performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Store Manager will hold full accountability for the store's results, operations, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and team leaders to ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton promise.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent, and secure succession plans.
• Translate strategic and business objectives into clear individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that encourages ownership and innovation.
• Drive overall business performance through a strong understanding of the market, clients, and commercial levers.
• Build a loyal client base and ensure a strong client-centric mindset across the store.
• Act as the voice of the store by providing insights, recommendations, and feedback based on local market knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, with strong people leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience required: 5-10 years.
